A composition of the project team may also vary according to an organizational structure. An example of this is the project in question. After the planning, the project begins its execution counting also in charge or masters of work, as well as masons, painters and electricians for each phase of the work. Finally, in parallel to the construction, the project counts on a sales team responsible for the commercialization of the same. What is what is in use in the set during the process, or without purpose of the activities, being distributed a team at each stage of the work.
